Terms of ServicePart I. General: Enaplo shall be referred to as "Company" and the website www.enpalo.com as "Website". The person(s) receiving Services from the Company shall be referred to as "Customer". "Services" are to be defined as any goods and services delivered to the Customer by the Company. The following Terms of Service governs the use and distribution of Services by the Company to the Customer. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms of Services at any time without notification to the Customer. The modified Terms of Services will come into effect when they are posted on the Website. However, modifications to Terms of Service do not apply retroactively. Part II. Sales: All quoted prices include sales tax, along with any other levies as incurred by the company´s jurisdiction district. For foward-credit projects and portfolios, the Company guarantees the delivery of carbon emissions reduction credits no later than one year from the date of purchase. It is the Company´s responsibility to provide proof of delivery, which may come in, among other forms, a yearly audit. Any product returns must be received within 30 days of the date on the receipt invoice. The Company will reimburse the Customer in a timely manner after the request for refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. Additionally, Customer must redact reductions claims when a purchase is returned. The Company reserves the right to review the conditions of return. Part III. Legal Information: The Company shall not be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the withholding of information or the giving of incorrect information by the Company, its employees, or any of the Company´s affiliates. Any legal disputes will be presided over by the court jurisdiction of Colorado. The Company is not responsible for failing to comply with any conditions as outline in the Terms of Service if the circumstances affecting that action are outside the Company´s control (including but not limited to such things as governmental decisions, acts of nature, or economic conditions that prevent the procurement of goods and services). |
